Mardi Himal Yoga Trek (10 Days)

Yoga is a practice of aligning your mental, physical and spiritual self, to be more precise yoga is about connecting your body, mind and soul through discipline and practices. Yoga was originated in the Himalayas. Mardi Himal yoga trek aims to take back the yoga experience to its roots.

What could be serene, inspiring and energizing than the forests, woods, rivers, waterfalls and the mountains. The foothills of Annapurna and moreover Mardi himal, this section of the Annapurna receives only few hundred visitors year around so we are left in complete isolation to practice Yoga like the Yogis in the ancient times.

The yoga would include basic pranayama so that we could be inclusive to all. Furthermore, on our 10 day Mardi Himal Yoga trek we would practice Yoga on almost every day. We would begin from our accommodation in Kathmandu, on the banks of Phewa Lake, in the forest of Annapurna conservation area and even at an elevation of 4000 meters from the sea level. Imagine yourself practicing your yoga asanas in front of the snow capped mountains with no walls to obstruct the views, no pollution and most importantly no noise. On top, you as well will be certified for completion of yoga and trek.
