Tsum Valley (18 Days)

Tsum Valley is a very newly opened trekking in Nepal and was shut for the outer world before the year 2003. There are several reasons behind keeping this place of central Nepal a secret. This is just not an ordinary valley, some call it the valley of happiness and others call it the valley of holiness. We call it the valley of natural presence in abundance where gods are worshipped every minute and people are happy despite all the difficulties.

This valley which is located in the center for Singri himal and Ganesh himal is so isolated that it has no connection with the rest of Nepal. It would come to your surprise that 80% of the Nepal would not know where Tsum valley is. There are few thousand inhabitants in this valley who are known as the Tsumbas. They dress like Tibetans and resemble with the same a lot but their practices, culture and way of life is purely significant. Right from the entrance of the village you will notice that the stones are carved with prayers, there are prayer flags throughout the valley, there are several gompas and monasteries. There is absolutely no outer influence in the valley and despite the tough daily life people of Tsum valley take happiness and religion on a serious note.
You would fall in love with the people who are genuine and hospitable, you would fall in love with the people who are shy to be photographed. The daily rituals in the monastery are captivating, the occupation of people as a farmer displays hardship and gives you new meaning of the life that you are living. All in all this valley is not just about the high mountains but also a way of life that we as human had before we were exposed to all the riches and materials. Inquire more about the valley of happiness or book with us today at an unbeatable price!
